CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment

Account customers shall pay NDT for goods and materials supplied 25 days from end of month.

Time of payment shall be the essence of the contract.

If for any reason whatsoever payment is not made by the due date, then the customer shall be liable to pay interest on the amount unpaid at the rate of 1.5% per month until the actual payment received.

If unable to obtain an order number, it would not be a reason to withhold payment.
Claims
No claim for material damaged in transit will be considered by NDT unless NDT are advised in writing within 3 days of receipt of the material and no allowance for claims for short delivery will be made unless NDT are given an opportunity for verifying the same within 3 days.

Returned Goods
Any goods returned to NDT within 3 months will be subject to a handling charge of 15%. If the period exceeds 3 months, a refund cannot be guaranteed, but if it is agreed a minimum of 25% handling fee will be charged. Any goods over 6 months cannot be returned for credit. Please note that any used goods including batteries and special orders, cannot be returned for credit. If tyres used/fitted, they cannot be returned for credit. Any goods returned/collected for disposal will be returned in the event of non-payment.

Termination or Suspension
Without prejudice to any of its other rights NDT may terminate the contract or suspend further deliveries to the customer in the event of a customer failing to make due payment.

Property
Property in or title to goods supplied by NDT shall not pass to the customer until all monies due and owing from the customer to NDT on any account have been paid in full. All monies received by the customer from its purchaser of the goods supplied by NDT (whether sold in the same condition in which they were purchased from NDT or incorporated into the products of the customer) shall be held by the customer in trust for NDT. The customer hereby authorises NDT to enter upon any of the premises of the customer for the purpose of repossessing any of the goods supplied until paid.

Warranty
NDT will replace or repair any faulty goods up to 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer. Vintage and Classic tyres are covered within 6 months from the date of purchase. We will not be responsible for any third-party repairs unless authorised by us in writing.
